1. What cookies are and who uses them
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. They can, for example, maintain a session or remember a choice. Some measure visits. 2. Your choice
Necessary cookies enable the website and its forms to work. Analytics cookies are optional: Google Analytics loads only when you accept them. Rejecting them, closing the panel without saving or continuing to browse does not mean you consent and does not prevent you from using the website.
The notice makes accepting and rejecting equally easy. In “Settings”, you can enable analytics if you wish. We remember both acceptance and rejection for 180 days, unless you delete cookies or purposes change and a new choice is needed.

Analytics cookies are stored under the website's domain, although their data is processed by Google. Your browser tools let you check which cookies have been installed and their actual expiry dates.
4. Google Analytics and privacy
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to learn which pages are visited and collect technical information about visits. The integration uses basic consent mode: before you accept, the tag is not downloaded and no measurements are sent to Google. We do not enable advertising features or Google Signals through this tag.
Google may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, in accordance with its published transfer mechanisms. Learn how Google processes data from sites that use its services and its privacy policy.
5. Security and external services
Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, to detect automated submissions. Its purpose is security, independently of analytics cookies. See the Turnstile information.
Fonts and images are served from this website. Maps, social media and booking services open through links; they are not loaded here as embedded content. When you visit those pages, their own cookies and policies may apply.
6. Change or withdraw your consent
You can use “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page at any time. If you turn off analytics and save, this tag stops collecting data and the accessible analytics cookies on this website are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. If you delete the preferences cookie, the website will ask again and analytics will remain off until you accept again. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how forms work.
